Since our establishment, UniCareer has focused on helping students build the capabilities required by top employers. We have never offered non-compliant paid internships or internal-referral shortcuts. There are no shortcuts into top banks or consulting firms; professional preparation, real skills and strong performance remain essential.
We only disclose and report on full-time retention summer internships and full-time high-paying job offers. We never confuse these with regular internships (Off Cycle), PTA, or other non-regular positions. To put it mildly, it's very difficult to obtain these formal offers, yet our number of offers and acceptance rate remain the highest in the industry.
