P graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor degree in Engineering Physics and earned a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. He is currently a credit Manager at a leading bank in Chicago, where he serves credit risk. His main responsibilities include new reserve regulation IFRS 9 modeling practice, drafting pilot model on a prime mortgage portfolio by account-level EL modeling, and designing the new business process for future IFRS 9 reserve model, etc. P had more than 5 years of experiences in risk management and modeling.

T is the Co-Founder of an investment company. He started studying in US as an international student in a private military high school. After that, he went to Rice University and earned a Bachelor and Master degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. After graduation, he joined the security trading industry, started from an entry-level trainee trader, and later became U.S. Equity Trader and Head Trader. He is experienced in the US stock market and trading. He understands the difficulty of students seeking employment, and have unique insights on how to wisely choose the career path, how to find a job in a new industry not related with your major.

S was the Product Manager at HSBC in New York, where she focused on strategy formulation and product development. She was an experienced product manager for a $100M+ financial business unit, specializing in business pricing strategy formulation, cross-functional teamwork, and project management. Previously, she worked as a rational analyst, focusing on Product Control of Credit Flow and Syndicate desk and Business Finance Management of Global Banking and Markets Division.
