Kai is a Quantitative Finance professional with strong knowledge in Fixed Income products structuring /modeling, portfolio level Asset Allocation strategies, Risk Management, and possesses solid skills in VBA/Excel, Matlab, SAS, C++ and SQL coding. Kai gained his Master in Quantitative Finance from Fordham University. He currently worked as the Assistant vice president at Merrill Lynch. Before his current job, Kai focused on building quantitative financial models for Moody’s Credit Rating Outlook on individual US Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) with VBA/Excel and Structured Finance Workstation (SFW).

Susan is currently an Experienced Advisory Associate at KMPG in New York, where she serves in the IARCS group focusing on Internal Audit and Sarbanes Oxley audit work across a variety of industries. Previously, Susan worked as a Sarbanes Oxley auditor for Kenexa / IBM in PA. Susan holds a Master of Accounting Degree from Bentley University. And Susan is a Highly motivated audit professional, CIA candidate, provide operational, financial, and SOX compliance and provide business process improvement.
