Jack: Research Associate Director

Jack is currently working at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., as an equity research associate director, covering global Internet companies. With over 4-year industry and recruiting experiences, Jack has acquired profound understandings on differentiating yourself in front of recruiters. Prior to Oppenheimer, Jack was a Quantitative analyst in Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund headquartered in Shenzhen. His featured product ranked No.2 among all domestic equity investment funds during 1H12. Prior to that, Jack was an fundamental analyst at Granite Point Capital in Boston, assisting the fund to achieve impressive return for their China portfolio. Now, he would like to share with you his insights of “How to capture recruiters’ appreciation”.

Emily is currently an Assistant Vice President in Global Strategic Analytics for a leading financial services firm. She has an extensive background in finance; having worked in financial consulting, credit risk management, financial modeling, and analytics. She previously worked as a Senior Financial Consultant at a leading management consultancy. She holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics.

Sharon: Incoming Risk Assurance Associate at PwC

Sharon is an incoming Risk Advisory Associate at PwC. She currently attends the Questrom school of Business at BU and double majors in Finance and MIS. With five different job offers upon graduation, she is proven to be experienced in interview processes of different industries ranging from finance to technology. As an ambassador at Questrom’s Feld Career Center, she has gained substantial insight into resume building and interviewing. She has assisted more than 100 students in resume improvements, cover letter editing, mock interview training, and has also organized more than 20 employees events. She has had work experiences in various Fortune 500 companies belonging to a range of different industries from finance & accounting to healthcare during her four years of college.
